Q. What type of graphic design services do you offer?
A. We offer brand identity design, printed collateral, packaging, front-end web design, product & pattern design.
Q. I Already have a logo, but I need _______ designed. Can you help?
A. Absolutely! We are happy to work with you on projects using your existing brand language.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. It depends! There are a lot of factors that go into determining the price of your project. Please get in touch for a personalized initial quote. 
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you've had a change in heart about your design project please let us know ASAP. There will be a one time "kill fee" for any cancelled design projects in the sum of 50% of the original price quote. 

CUSTOM EVENT STATIONERY, FAVORS & DETAILS
Q. What types of custom event services do you offer?
A. We do custom stationery design, custom designed and/or sourced party favors, welcome gifts, props, and more! 
If you have something specific in mind, please get and touch! We love a good creative challenge!
Q. How much will it cost?
A. It depends! There are a lot of factors that go into determining the price of your project ( like how many pieces you order, what type of printing or production is required, etc). Please get in touch for a personalized initial quote. 
Q. How long will it take?
A. For custom stationery we generally ask for at least 6-8 weeks for smaller events (like birthday parties and bridal showers) and 12-16 weeks for larger events (like weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs). This gives us time to design, print and mail.
For custom decor or gift items we usually ask for 4-6 weeks depending on design, quantity needed, and/or if product production/sourcing is required.

Q. Do you assemble and mail my invitations or do I?
A. Either! We are happy to assemble your invitation suite and mail it to your guests. If you like a little DIY in your life, we are happy to  provide the printed invitation components and let you assemble and mail yourself. Please let us know which you'd prefer as there will be an additional fee for us to assemble and mail your invites.
Q. What is your return/cancellation policy?
A. Custom design orders are non-refundable unless Mdrncraft Studio has made a mistake. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we will make it right!

CUSTOM GIFTS
Q. What types of custom gifts do you offer?

A. The sky is the limit! We work with you to curate custom gifts packages for any theme or occasion. The exact contents will remain a mystery to add to the surprise of sending and receiving, but we promise it will surprise and delight your recipient! 
Q. How much do they cost?
A. Prices vary. Generally our custom gifts range from $40 and up. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Q. How long will it take?
A. Typically we ask for 1-2 weeks for custom gifts. However, each order is unique and we will do our best to work within your timeline.
Q. Do you ship to the recipient?
. Yes! We can ship the gift directly to the recipient or we can deliver to you to be hand deliver to the recipient. 
Q. What is your return/cancellation policy?
A. All custom gift packages are final sale.
